SCIENCE OF CONSCIOUSNESS
Research Group

Our core theoretical and empirical investigation is related to the question “Is Consciousness Primary?”

Even if many spiritual and religious traditions (e.g. Advaita Vedanta, Buddhism, etc.) and philosophical theories support this (e.g. Idealism, neutral monism, etc.), the scientific knowledge is still in its young age.

Our approach which includes the epistemological aspects involved in the science of consciousness and its non-ordinary expressions, spans from anthropology and philosophy of mind to neuropsychology and quantum physics. We think that only a multidisciplinary approach allows a comprehensive knowledge of all potentialities of our mind and in particular of “Who we really are”.
